Most people often fall in love the moment they see a person who fits their "Standard"— they call it love at first sight.
While ours wasn't a love-at-first-sight thing because I love you even when I just heard about you.
I've known you for so long that I could memorize all the parts of you; what you hate, what you like, what you love.
And every year, I try to find where I was in all those parts.
I asked myself every time I couldn't see my eyes in your eyes; when I couldn't hear my voice in your heart.
"Should I be happy because we're friends? or should I be sad because that's all we have until."
I made you my universe when I couldn't even know what it feels like to be in your world.
When you looked at me, all I could see were stars, and I wondered if I was your Sol when you were my Luna.
Even the stars were asking why we never collide.
I blinked when you snapped your finger in front of me. I suddenly got out of the galaxy in your eyes.
"What is it again?" I asked.
"I want you to sing at my wedding."
I looked out to the window, "I loved you."
He stopped sipping his coffee, "What?"
"I-i said, I would love to."
After all these years, I always know why we never collide.
